Clean up Fee:

 A cleanup fee will be deducted based on our evaluation.

 Damaged Equipment will receive a damage -fee based on our evaluation; Damaged equipment must be reported on day 1 of lease.

Missing parts or manuals will receive -fees based on our evaluation.

Please make sure you return all items.

Shipping

Client Is responsible for retuning equipment. Original Packaging must be returned. Properly secure returned equipment. 30 Days The time begins on the date that the goods are delivered to the buyer.

Security Deposit will be refunded per the terms of the rental Agreement/lease to own contract. Palletized/ Crating the machine for transportation. Non-Refundable, no exceptions.

Pro-Fill is scheduling the freight for delivery & picking Up. Non-Refundable, no exceptions.

FEES: Bounced Check $60 / Credit Card Fee 5.5% / ACH-Cash No Fee / Past Due account $20 Per Day/ Delinquent accounts agree to pay for attorney fees.
