We also have many parts in stock ready to go. You are buying directly from the manufacturer. All of our machines must pass our assembly inspection, electrical inspection, and accuracy inspection before being sent to our customers to ensure you get the highest quality. Shipping Policy & Information
We can arrange shipping for all the machines we sell Worldwide. All of our shipments are thoroughly inspected by Pro-Fill's personnel to ensure your order is correct prior to dispatch to our preferred carriers. You have 3 days to notify us of any damages to shipments, NO EXCEPTIONS. Pro-Fill's Delivery Team is committed to excellence in making the delivery receiving process as easy and as simple as possible. Expedited shipping option is available for an additional charge. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and customs clearance. The original shipping cost will not be refunded on all returns. No exceptions.
On-Site Service Calls Policy
Customers must pay travel time + Hourly rate for all onsite calls, all warranties do not cover On-Site Service Call Fees, technician hourly fees start the moment the technician arrives on-site, entry delays or any other delays caused by the customer will be charged. Please have your machine cleaned out and ready for service. All On-Site Service Calls are final, with no exceptions, repairs are not guaranteed.
Past Due Accounts and Delinquents Accounts Policy
Will not receive service, tech-support, Repairs, or any other type of support until the delinquent balance is paid in full.
Supervisors and Authorized Pro-Fill Inc officers
The fastest way to reach a supervisor or authorized Pro-Fill inc officer; send an e-mail to; Pro_fill@live.com you must attach as much information as possible to help our supervisors find the best solution for your problem or question. An authorized representative will contact you as soon as possible.
We can Test Run any machine with your product, container, caps, labels for a small none refundable fee to ensure your product will work with our machine. If you decide to purchase the machine the test fee will be credited towards your purchase. You will need to send a minimum of 10-20 Containers, caps, 1-5gallons of product, 1Roll of labels. The customer must arrange a return for the samples provided. Any samples abandoned will be discarded after 30 days of no activity. Toxic waste disposal will be billed to the customer. Profill is not responsible for reimbursement of the discarded/abandoned items for any reason. No exceptions.
PRE-ORDER SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
PRE-ORDER SALE AGREEMENT. The Goods & Services sold herein will require a processing time of 90-160 business days. The Goods can be returned within 14 days after the goods have been received by the buyer. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Refunds for Damaged, worn, or machines used in production will receive less credit based on our evaluation.
Goods marked as custom-made, consumable parts, and goods sold as FINAL SALE are nonrefundable. No exceptions.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs. The original shipping cost are nonrefundable. No exceptions.
Defective disputes must be settled in Arbitration. A licensed neutral third party must deem the goods defective in writing. If the goods are deemed defective the buyer must make the goods available for the seller to retrieve the goods. The arbitration will not be settled until the defective goods are returned to the seller. Covid may increase the delivery time frame.
-The warranty covers costs for all manufacturer problems, repairs, defective parts and maintenance.
-Includes free service and training at our facility anytime no restrictions within the life of the warranty.
-Electronic customer service is available for warranty holders only, electronic support includes; Live E-mail support, video tutorials, E-User Manuals, Live phone and Text message support, live video chat, via Skype, WhatsApp, Wechat support.
-Self Service Repairs performed by the buyer must be approved by Pro-Fill Inc in writing or via e-mail, failure to notify self-service repairs will void the warranty.
-The Warranty does not cover consumables, Intentional damage, self-service damage, onsite service calls, sanitation cleaning fees, or return shipping damages, no exceptions..
Claim process; The warranty holder must make a claim by email to email@example.com the customer must provide as much information as possible and cooperate with the Pro-Fill's staff to find the best solution possible, if needed the customer may be asked to send in the equipment for inspection or service. If the manufacturer cannot fix a defective machine or part the warranty will replace the defective machine or part with a new one at no cost to the warranty holder. A new replacement claim can only be approved by a PRO-FILL INC certified technician only, with NO exceptions. The warranty does not cover onsite service calls, consumables, intentional damage, self-service damage, or return-shipping damage (please pack returns carefully) Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, Pro-Fill inc does not cover any shipping cost under any circumstances, the Shipping cost will not be refunded. Past due and/or Delinquent accounts will not receive support. No exceptions.
